Not practical and also not economic.
Firstly, vacuum formed plastic item normally is a single layer structure. Just as following illustration.
plastic sheet heat for 40- 80 second until it is soft, normally the machine temperature already up to 180- 240 degree
then evacuate to 0.1- 0.3 Mpa, formed for another 180 second, unit it hardened.
this structure normally is single layer instead of multiple layer.
Assuming place a RFID tag onto the mold is possible,
a) shall withstand high temperature stress
b) hard to assure the tag effectively embed into the plastic item, since it is just cold contact instead of fused together
c) in addition, the vacuum plastic is normally very thin, if just for embed, then it is not economic.
Normal procedure is by inject molding with high temperature resisted tag ( expensive, or just tagging on plastic surface. by using general purpose RFID tag.
